Position Overview The ExecutiveAssistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to theCEO, CFOO, CPO and staff to ensure all daily operations runsmoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Provideadministrative and clerical support to executive leadership,including preparation of donor materials, grants, presentations,and board reports Answer phones, provide information, and greetvisitors with professionalism Coordinate meetings, prepare agendasand minutes, and arrange travel as needed Maintain organizationalcalendar and coordinate activities and events Process incoming andoutgoing mail Monitor and order office supplies Maintain accurateelectronic and hard copy filing systems Operate and troubleshootoffice equipment Manage equipment service contracts and maintenanceCoordinate office space utilization Additional ResponsibilitiesLiaise with program directors to provide support as needed Assistwith event planning and communications Other duties as assignedQualifications High school diploma minimum; background in businessadministration preferred Several years of experience inadministrative support roles Spanish bilingual skills would be ahuger plus Excellent written and verbal communication abilitiesStrong customer service orientation Effective time management andprioritization skills
