Our team is comprised of experienced financial advisors and industry professionals who are committed to helping clients achieve their financial goals. We are looking to add a dedicated and client focused Financial Planning Assistant to our team. As a Financial Planning Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service and support. You’ll work closely with our financial advisors and clients, manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, collaborate with Raymond James to address service issues. The role will support the many different tasks for which the practice is responsible and ties directly to the overall business plan of the practice. The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communications skills with exceptional attention to detail, excellent computer skills, organized, analytical and easily adaptable to switching tasks with a can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides office support including answering telephones, assisting visitors and resolving and/or referring problems or inquiries.
- Coordinates and performs a range of operational support activities
- Establishes, maintains and updates files, databases, records and/or other documents, scans and stores client files in the proper locations.
- Calling to set up lunches with our professional partners
- Scanning documents (trust documents, death certs, marriage certs, DL- help loading to vault for client) (Naming and loading)
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Prepare client correspondence, including reports, statements, and other communications.
- Collaborate with the home office to promptly and efficiently resolve client service issues and inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Must be energetic, organized, with strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of financial products and services is a plus.
