The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and excellent customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintaining a professional environment. Duties Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and answering inquiries in person and over the phone. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information. Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness. Support office management tasks such as filing, organizing paperwork, and maintaining office supplies. Utilize computer software for various administrative functions, including word processing and spreadsheets. Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and improve office processes. Act as a personal assistant to senior staff as needed, managing correspondence and scheduling meetings. Experience Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clientele. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
