Job Description
Office Services Coordinator 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars Harrison, NY 10528 The Office Services Coordinator will assist the Office Manager and the Administrative Team with providing general office support. Responsible for directing interoffice and external mail services. Ensuring timely processing and delivery of a variety of mail and packages. The Office Services Coordinator must be able to work independently in a rapidly changing environment and provide timely, high-quality work product. Essential duties and qualifications included (but are not limited to): Essential Duties Assist in routine but varied clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures. This includes clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, compiling records, filing, posting information and distribution of mail. Assist with shipping/receiving, including operating the postage machine. Become familiar and well- versed with the Firm’s shipping programs, including USPS, Fed-Ex, UPS and SendPro. Order supplies, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages and faxes. Responsible for handling client bank deposits and post office drop offs. Assist with daily office responsibilities including re-stocking kitchens and copy areas, and other office service functions. Ability to provide outstanding customer service with willingness to demonstrate a commitment to client service excellence. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 2+ plus years of relevant experience. Ability to work standard office hours 8:45am-5:15pm daily in the Harrison, NY office. Additional hours may be required during busy times. Experience with MS Office Suite, Excel, and Word is required. Knowledge of mail processes such as, Federal Express and UPS, etc. At times, periodic local travel to other office locations, banks & post office may be required. Ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs. Ability to demonstrate professionalism at all times and deliver client excellence. Exceptional interpersonal skills and pleasant, positive demeanor. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 – $65,000. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, office location as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills, and certifications.
