Resident Services Coordinator – Pleasantville Campus
Job Summary:
The Resident Services Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for all resident recording activities at the Pleasantville campus. This position will work directly under the leadership of the Campus Administrative Manager and collaborate closely with the Campus Support Team. The Resident Services Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential records of youth residents, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
The Residential Services Coordinator will play a vital role in maintaining an organized and efficient system for managing youth resident records, thereby contributing to the smooth operation and support of the Pleasantville campus community.
Resident Document Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all youth residents on campus, both digitally and in hard copy. Ensure documentation reflects each resident’s journey and complies with organizational standards and confidentiality guidelines.
Resident Data Tracking:
Record and monitor key information related to resident participation, progress, and daily activities; Enter and maintain data in internal systems (e.g., Evolv, Connections) to support smooth operations and accurate reporting; Upload relevant documents to LTS for ACS/Court Hearings as needed.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare regular updates and reports on resident attendance, engagement, and other relevant metrics for the Campus Administrative Manager and other team members.
Communication Coordination:
Act as a central point of contact for resident-related inquiries. Ensure clear and timely communication between staff and residents regarding documentation and campus procedures.
Compliance and Confidentiality:
Uphold all standards related to privacy and confidentiality. Ensure that resident records are managed in line with legal and ethical guidelines.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Campus Support Team to coordinate services, activities, and events that enhance the resident experience.
Administrative Support:
Assist with general administrative tasks that support the daily operations of the Pleasantville campus, as directed by the Campus Administrative Manager.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in record-keeping. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficient computer skills (particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Previous experience in administrative support, record-keeping, or a related field preferred but not required.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Hourly Pay Rate:
$25
