Job Description
Dollar Bank is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist our Product Management team in our Marketing department. In this entry level role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks under limited supervision. Accuracy, attention to detail and the timelypletion of the tasks involved are essential for the Marketing department to effectively meet their goals. You must develop aplete understanding of Marketing department operations. You will have frequent contact with persons outside of the department and Bank. Individuals who have been successful in this role have demonstrated problem solving abilities, are detail orientated, and have strongmunication skills.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED. College degree a plus.
- 1 (one) year administrative or banking experience.
- Precise and articulate, wellanized, detail oriented and dependable.
- Self-starter who is willing to take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (candidate will be tested in Word and Excel).
- Excellent written and verbalmunication skills
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Ability to learn policies and procedures, anticipate recurring work, and meet deadlines.
Principal Activities and Duties:
- Answer multiple iing lines to the Marketing department.
- Greet all visitors in person as well as by phone.
- Receive, sort, and deliver iing mail.
- Assist with ing and mailing marketing materials.
- Provide support to product managers by maintaining various marketing programs.
- Order office supplies.
- Assist withanizing and scheduling meetings and coordinate internet access for outside vendors if applicable.
- Assist in the production of direct mail projects.
- Assist with various monthly reporting including but not limited to, Group Banking results, referral results, and both retail and business checking results.
- Anticipate work requirements based on prior requests and instructions and perform work without specific instruction.
- Serve as backup for other administrative personnel when needed.
- All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by Dollar Bank’s risk management program.
Compliance with regulatory laws andpany procedures is a requiredponent of all position descriptions.
