DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role, you will provide complex and confidential administrative, clerical, and supervisory support for the smooth operation of the CYF Administrative Office. Your responsibilities will involve supervising office clerical staff, providing on the job training, distributing work assignments, and overseeing completion. This includes coordinating the availability and scheduling of staff to ensure adequate coverage, as well as preparing performance evaluations. Our team will rely on you to review completed assignments for accuracy and timeliness, address problems with staff or workflow, and have a backup plan to ensure all work is completed. You will also develop, establish, and implement priorities, performance standards, and internal policies and procedures. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday•Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
Telework:
You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time.
Hybrid work of up to two days per week after six months of employment.
Salary:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year of experience as a staff assistant to an administrative officer or as a technician in a staff service of a large organization; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
