Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Make routine trips to the bank and post office as needed Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper) Assist with data entry, document preparation, and scheduling Support general office upkeep and supply management Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Prior administrative or office experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if errands are required) Experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition is a plus
