Responsibilities:

Oversees all ordered and completed appraisals for Direct to Consumer, Retail, and TPO channels and ensures all compliance aspects have been met In charge of supporting the Corporate Appraisal Department’s daily activities Create/maintain reports to track appraisal assignments from order date through final completion Manage and prioritize a region of appraisal orders Assist customers with activities related to ordering and managing conditions for appraisals Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of related experience Mortgage experience is a plus Excellent communication skills Must be detailed oriented Ability to work in a fast pace environment
