Clerical Assistant STATUS:
Full Time; 40 hours / week

Monday through Friday; 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

SALARY / WAGES
$15.00 – $15.50 per hour Allegheny Children’s Initiative, a subsidiary of Partners For Quality Inc., is a non-profit organization that provides mental and behavioral health community-based services to children, adolescents and families throughout Allegheny County. Based in Pittsburgh’s South Side, we provide Intensive Behavioral Health Services, Service Coordination, Student Assistance, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Family Based Mental Health programs. ACI has earned certification from the Council On Accreditation.
Responsibilities:
Provide electronic and paper clerical support to programs and staff, greet visitors to ACI, and answer/direct telephone calls. All responsibilities shall be conducted in a manner consistent with the vision, mission and values of the agency Greet all visitors and alert appropriate staff Answer main phone line and route incoming calls as necessary Enter Student Assistance Program referrals into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) in a timely and accurate manner Mail and upload Student Assistance Program (SAP) correspondence and document in the EHR Send SAP Parent/Guardian Survey Update and coordinate SAP Letters of Agreement with school districts and private schools Enter data (i.e. Consumer Outcome Surveys) into Community Care Behavioral Health Organization (CCBHO) E-Portal Update and coordinate Linkage Agreements between Allegheny Children’s Initiative and area providers Maintain and replenish all paper forms Assemble program admission packets Maintain and order office supplies Maintain all office equipment, i.e. copier, postage machine, etc. and call for repairs as needed Submit maintenance work order requests Distribute daily mail Maintain and distribute staff phone list Maintain staff parking pass distribution list and provide temporary parking passes to visitors Maintain and distribute supervisor on-call list Provide clerical support (copying, mailing, typing, collating, etc.) to address programmatic needs
