We are seeking an energetic, caring, service-oriented individual to help us grow our business. Part-time position; 10 guaranteed hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours. This role involves onsite work with clients under the direction of a lead organizer and providing operational support for So Simple Organization.

Key Responsibilities Client Services:

Assist lead organizer with sorting, decluttering, and organizing client homes Efficiently pack and/or unpack clients who have recently moved Manage donation drop-offs, pick up supplies and materials, and support with other errands to ensure client projects run smoothly Maintain clean and professional work environments during client visits

Operational Support:

Assist with inventory management of organizing products and supplies Plan and execute donation and e-cycling drop-offs efficiently Prepare organizing supplies and materials for upcoming appointments Help to implement and maintain a digital client management system Assist with photographing and listing resale items Skills and qualifications

Required:

Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with a variety of clients in a non-judgmental and affirming manner Detail-oriented and passionate about delivering clients a first-class experience Ability to take direction and provide support to lead organizer; willingness to learn our methods and systems first and then help us improve them Strong problem-solving skills; a can-do attitude and the ability to come up with alternative solutions Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; willing to travel to clients’ home across Allegheny and Washington counties Experience and comfort using cloud technology systems including Google suite; willingness to learn scheduling and CRM software Physical requirements: Lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for several hours at a time. Navigating stairs and tight spaces Loading and unloading a pickup truck

Preferred:
