Office Assistant Rosalind Candy Castle, Inc 1301 5th Avenue, New Brighton, PA 15066 Rosalind Candy Castle is a 111-year-old family owned business. As Beaver County’s oldest candy store, Rosalind Candy Castle has been providing the highest quality confections to the tri-state area since 1914. We use only the finest, freshest ingredients available and cook all our candy centers from scratch. Job Summary Must have a strong work ethic. Invoicing experience is a plus. We are currently using QuickBooks. Answering the phone, taking phone orders, handling office tasks such as billing customers and much more. Screen phone calls and route customers or vendors to the appropriate person. This job could also include candy packing, sorting, inspecting, counting and documenting product information.

Hours:

Required Hours (in office) Monday

• Friday 8:00am-3:30pm Saturday and Sunday hours may be required before holidays Qualifications and Skills
• Must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Must be able to follow written and verbal direction
• Must be able to use basic math (add, subtract, multiply and divide)
• Must be able to multi-task and have strong attention to detail
