Lease-Up Support Specialist Metropolitan Companies Wyomissing, PA 19610 Description Metropolitan Management Group is looking for a Lease-Up Support Specialist to join our team! The Lease-Up Support Specialist will assist the lease-up team with administration support, application and lease processing, and helping maintain records. This position will work directly with the Executive Vice President of Operations and the lease-up team. Key Responsibilities Support administrative needs of the Executive Vice President of Operations. Provide leasing and administrative support to the lease-up team. Support the leasing team with administrative tasks such as lease document preparation and data entry. Maintain accurate records of prospects, applicants, and lease statuses in property management systems. Support the lease-up team with processing applications. Provide additional administrative support to Owner and other Executives if needed. Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive resident experience. Performs other duties as assigned.
