Job Description
We seek a dedicated and professional part-time administrative assistant to support the Director of ProgramServices. This rewarding yet demanding role involves working in a highly confidential and digital environment,collaborating with the guardians of special needs children and Sunshine Foundation staff.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily reviews of referrals, including follow-up with applications and gathering required documents.
- Respond to all email and phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Document all correspondence and update children’s files in the Access database.
- Upon approval of a child’s dream, work with families to confirm the dream request and assist in gathering necessary documents and information.
- Follow up with families to collect receipts, photos, and testimonials.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Office 365, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Access, and Adobe.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed.
- Recognizes the importance of learning new technology to support a more efficient and effective workenvironment.
