FRONT
OFFICE COORDINATOR
We are looking to hire a dynamic Front Office Coordinator to join our company’s administrative team. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Office Administration and will act as main point of contact for the office. This person should have a passion for providing world-class support, display impeccable organizational skills and have experience working with a variety of databases. Having a razor-sharp eye for detail, excellent knowledge of data management, and ability to work independently are equally important. Experience with finance, banking, or wealth management is preferred, but not required.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Warmly welcome clients, financial advisors, and corporate staff, both in person and via phone Collecting and digitizing data Establishing data entry standards by continually updating filing systems to improve data quality: supporting ongoing account maintenance, processing money movement for client accounts, providing clarity to advisors on internal and custodian paperwork requirements Addressing data inconsistencies by working with staff to locate missing data Attending to data queries and reporting any major data errors to management Adhering to best data management practices and maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency
WHAT YOU BRING
Strong attention to detail and accuracy; highly organized and efficient Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written A high degree of professionalism and a strong work ethic Candidate must be comfortable with and proactively embrace technology in the workplace; proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with a CRM, like Redtail A critical eye for process improvement and solid time management skills, being able to prioritize tasks Outstanding follow-through, seeing tasks from start to finish Ability to work without close supervision, exercise independent judgment and problem-solving, as well as collaborating in a team environment
