Job Description:
The Office Assistant will provide essential support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks from answering phones, managing correspondence, administering notary work, organizing documents/files and supporting other staff members.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain filing system
- Greet visitors and provide general support to clients and staff
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other clerical duties
