Job Description

Administrative Assistant Alderman Group, LLC 1015 Mumma Road, Lemoyne, PA 17043 Job Overview Administrative assistant 25-30 hours per week. Working in office for one of Central Pa’s top commercial real estate agent. Must be highly organized and have strong multitasking abilities. Good computer skills and software knowledge are necessary. ACT! program and Photoshop knowledge are a plus but not necessary. Competitive hourly wage. 1-2 years’ experience as an admin assistant preferred but not required. Tasks range from making copies and scanning, document preparation, maintaining client database (ACT!) and ensuring the agent has what he needs for meetings, property showings and presentations and being aware and proactive of the agent’s daily schedule to anticipate his needs. In addition, the position could evolve into managing marketing plans, implementing said plans and documenting the marketing actions into our databases. Social media skills would be a plus.

$16.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 per week
