Office Assistant 1.0 1.0 out of 5 stars Huntingdon, PA 16652 Perform a variety of duties including answering the phone, create and send invoices, keep track of money owed by customers, and update records with new payments and customer information. Call customers regarding past due accounts and a variety of other duties. Experience with QuickBooks and Google Sheets is preferred but not required must be honest reliable and friendly offering a competitive wage and a company match on a retirement plan
