JOB SUMMARY :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales and Administrative Assistant to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support our sales team. This role combines administrative responsibilities with sales support, making it ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
: The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising independent judgment and discretion. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with ERP and CRM software (IFS in particular) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Administrative Duties Maintain presence at front desk. Greet visitors and make them feel welcome. Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner. Maintain office supplies and handle general office upkeep. Support tours of the product division facilities. Support event planning and coordination for client visits and meetings. Redirect customers to alternate Clair facilities as needed. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements. Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed. Sales Support Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Follow up with clients on behalf of the sales team to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Process sales orders and track shipments or deliveries. Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests.
