Our client, a respected national leader in forensic expert witness consulting, is looking for a detail-obsessed, multitasking marvel to join their elite team as an Salesforce Administrative Assistant. About Our Client For over 30 years, our client has provided industry-leading technical expertise in engineering, architecture, science, and specialty disciplines to support litigation. They offer a unique working environment that blends teamwork with autonomy, and where precision and professionalism are non-negotiable. About The Role As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our operations—supporting our expert witnesses by managing critical documentation, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every detail is spot-on the first time. This role is on-site only at their Lancaster, PA office and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting their experts with high-level administrative assistance Managing data entry, file organization, and document handling with surgical precision Proofreading and editing complex documents to ensure total accuracy Booking travel and managing multiple calendars with ease Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion Prioritizing and reprioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment What We’re Looking For 5+ years of administrative experience, ideally in law, finance, media, or similar fields CRM experience (Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar platforms) Exceptional attention to detail and proven proofreading/editing skills Strong organizational and file management skills High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A calm, confident multitasker who thrives under pressure Someone who takes pride in getting it right the first time—because accuracy matters here A professional with a stable career history—we value long-term team members who are committed to growth A Bachelor’s degree is preferred Sound like a fit?
