Essential Duties:
Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers. Schedule appointments and follow up on leads. Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in customer service or the automotive industry preferred. Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
