Full-Time Office Assistant (Temporary – Fall 2025) 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars 3850 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA 17701 NOVO Health Services is seeking a Temporary Office Assistant to support various administrative aspects at our Williamsport PA facility. The successful candidate will be motivated and a creative problem-solver. This position could lead to long-term, full-time employment.

Job functions:

• Answer incoming calls timely and politely.
• Greeting visitors and applicants.
• Assembling data from multiple computer programs.
• Data input, report generation, verifying accuracy, communicating & distributing information with Teams.
• Operating office equipment.
• Managing inventories and ordering as necessary.
• Provide administrative support to the Office Coordinator, as necessary.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong attendance.
• Reliability.
• Minimum of one year office experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows & Office systems.
• Ability to comprehend detailed verbal or written instructions.
