Schedule:
8-12 hours per week (2-3 four-hour shifts)

We are a growing property management company based out of Monroeville, PA. Our team is committed to providing safe, well-maintained, and affordable homes, and we are looking for a reliable Part-Time Assistant to support our Scattered Site Portfolio Manager with both administrative tasks and on-site responsibilities.
Position Summary:
The Part-Time Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Scattered Site department. This hybrid role includes light administrative work in the office and physical on-site support at various residential properties. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Duties:
Retrieve and install lock boxes and property signage as needed. Be present at properties to provide access for vendors (e.g., landscaping, snow removal crews, and utility companies such as Peoples Gas). Take clear, timestamped photos to document meter numbers for gas and electric utilities. Label unit entrances to assist vendors, mail carriers, and emergency services with property identification. Conduct follow-ups with vendors to confirm completion of scheduled services including unit turns, snow removal, and lawn care.
Administrative Tasks:
Collect and sort incoming mail related to property operations. Scan bills, invoices, and other documents to the accounting department using provided office equipment. Assist the Portfolio Manager with routine office organization and data tracking. Update and maintain the master key tracking system to ensure proper access to all properties and accurate records of key assignments, returns, and inventory. Assist with hanging marketing flyers and handing out business cards to prospective property owners with the goal of expanding the company’s property management portfolio.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation Comfortable using a smartphone to take and upload photos and communicate via email or text. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., signage or small lock boxes). Detail-oriented, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
