In this role, you will be responsible for providing business and support services to convention guests, track and expedite guest packages, and assist in preparing posting and presentation of guest checks. We do require that you have general knowledge of the practices and procedures of the convention center. Must have basic working knowledge of equipment and supplies. Must possess excellent communication skills and can delegate tasks. Must be able to respond to changes and requests by clients and management quickly, pleasantly and professionally. Must have availability of nights, weekends, & holidays.
