Conshohocken, PA 19428 Overview Conshohocken based Commercial Real Estate Company is seeking a high-level administrative assistant to work with senior management and brokerage team. High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as well as strong written and verbal communications is necessary. Candidates must be able to work independently and with a team. Commercial Real Estate knowledge and experience is a plus but not a requirement. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a close-knit family business.. Duties Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy. Complete and proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Skills Proficiency in using Microsoft Office a must. Experience in an office environment, preferably in administrative or clerical roles. Exceptional proofreading skills to ensure all communications are error-free.
