Greet and assist clients, applicants, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, take messages, and directs incoming phone calls. Manages calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. Performs general administrative tasks including but not limited to data entry, typing, filing, scanning, and document preparation. Prepares letters, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions. Copies and/or scans, sorts, and files records related to office activities, client projects, and other matters. Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically. Operates office machines including but not limited to copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, postage machines and other standard office equipment. Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, processes outgoing mail. Support sewer enforcement officers, engineers, and other staff with project-related clerical tasks as needed. Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. What You Bring. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain organized under pressure.
