• Have you ever wanted to run your own gym or Personal Training studio?

Our Assistant Personal Training Manager’s are responsible for driving in revenue through new member Personal Training enrollment’s while retaining our existing members. They help recruit, hire, train and develop future PT manager’s for our company. Our Philadelphia Cottman location has a very diverse community. If you speak Spanish or Portuguese, that would be very helpful with communication to our members and new clients!

• This is a very Sales driven position.

Our APTD’s perform marketing efforts themselves and with a team. Our goal is to get new and existing members to hire a personal trainer to help them achieve the best results possible. We have a daily Quota to achieve with selling Personal Training memberships.

Responsibilities Include:

• Calling, Texting and emailing people daily
• Marketing through social media platforms along with Google to generate more business
• Setting fitness goals and a plan to achieve them.
• Bringing members through a workout and showing them the benefit to having a personal trainer
• Selling personal training along with memberships and other club amenities
• When needed, help clean our clubs to keep our staff and members safe
• Your bonus’ will depend on hitting pre-determined sales goals We allow any motivated employee to make any level of income they desire.
