(WSP) is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our Fare Collection Team in our client’s Philadelphia, PA office . This on-site position will primarily involve managing project documentation, facilitating document control, and providing administrative support for our project team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Document Management:

Manage document workflows, format documents, maintain document matrices and logs, and act as a point of contact for documentation-related matters.

SharePoint Administration:

Administer and maintain SharePoint sites, including document control systems, while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Meeting Management:

Schedule and attend meetings, record minutes, and ensure proper documentation of discussions.

Project Reporting:

Assist with the compilation, formatting, and issuance of project reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the project team, including tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and general administrative duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project support. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, self-motivation, and organization to track multiple requirements simultaneously. Familiarity with project management practices and procedures. Proficient in industry-standard software, including SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Excellent interpersonal skills, a customer service orientation, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and in teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background or knowledge in project management and experience providing performance reports to project managers, project directors, local business leads, and client account managers. Work experience in a consulting environment or a similar project-based business. Intermediate to advanced understanding of SharePoint, Oracle, and the Microsoft Suite. #LI-AC1 About
