In January 2008 the company moved into a brand new, state of the art, multi-million dollar facility to keep up with the consistent growth in sales we have experienced yearly. We are looking to fill a full-time role for an Office Coordinator position. This candidate must be a career-oriented individual looking to join the team with the willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks including purchasing, sales, administration and business development. Responsibilities and Duties Customer Relationship Management Customer Service Data Entry Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Event Planning Scheduling Office Management Administration Qualifications and Skills Must speak English fluently Capability to speak and comprehend a second language preferred Ability to support multiple managers and multi-task efficiently Necessary computer skills include a strong grasp of Microsoft Office Bachelors degree Must be a U.S. citizen Minimum of 1-2 years professional experience preferred
