We also offer a full line of vending services to meet the needs of our customers. Summary We are seeking a Clerical Worker to join our team at Horizon Coffee & Water. This role is essential in supporting our daily operations through effective administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication within the office. Located in the United States, this position plays a vital role in enhancing our service delivery. Responsibilities Perform general clerical duties including data entry and filing. Manage calendars and schedule appointments as needed. Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy. Support the team with various administrative tasks to enhance workflow. Utilize Google Workspace for document creation and collaboration. Maintain computer literacy to efficiently handle office software and systems. hours 12 pm to 5 pm Monday thru Friday. Requirements Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.). Basic proofreading skills are a plus. Ability to manage calendars effectively and prioritize tasks. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
