Our client is seeking a dedicated Clerical Assistant to join their team and support the seamless operation of their office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities of the Clerical Perform general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, filing, and mailing Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner Maintain organized and accurate records, both digital and physical Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and other systems with accuracy Prepare and edit documents such as reports, memos, and correspondence Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Assist other departments with administrative support as needed Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary Requirements of the Clerical High school diploma or equivalent; additional office training or certification is a plus Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment Dependable with a strong work ethic and a professional attitude Compensation/Benefits for the Clerical Pay Rate- $20.00+ DOE Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
