Pay:
Starting at $21.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30
PM What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage front desk, phones, mail, and guest greetings
Provide admin support: draft emails, memos, and forms
Schedule meetings and arrange travel
Maintain filing systems and inventory records
Handle office supplies and meeting refreshments
Assist with order entry and general office tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; QuickBooks or Extensiv a plus
Familiarity with Profit Tools is a bonus
Discreet, dependable, and eager to learn
High school diploma required; college degree and admin experience preferred
Interest in long-term growth and office process improvement
