Long-Term Contract We are a recruiting and staffing agency, currently seeking a dependable Administrative Specialist II to support a state government department in Anderson, SC. This is an on-site, full-time role ideal for candidates who are organized, service-minded, and adaptable to a variety of situations. The position is a long-term contract with no remote or hybrid option.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for in-person visitors and incoming phone calls (approximately 40-50 calls/day). Handle attendance reporting and tracking for case managers and caregivers using designated software. Investigate and resolve attendance discrepancies and code issues. Provide virtual and face-to-face customer service, sometimes to individuals in high-stress situations. Manage and route sensitive documentation accurately and efficiently. Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support office operations.

Comfortable working in a small office setting; team-oriented but also self-sufficient. Flexible and adaptable; no two days are the same in this role.
