Job Description

Administrative Assistant Palmetto Care Connections 1880 Main Hwy, Bamberg, SC 29003 Overview Palmetto Care Connections is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive and capable of supporting day-to-day administration operations including support for our managers and administrative staff to complete the organization’s strategies and goals. Responsibilities Managing the CEO’s schedule, including staff meetings, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel. Handling email, phone calls, maintains Listservs (contacts) and other communications on behalf of the CEO. Booking flights, accommodations, and other travel coordination. Organizing and coordinating meetings, including setting agendas, preparing materials, and taking notes. Providing general administrative support, such as maintaining the filing system, typing and preparing reports, managing files, writing and distributing email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, managing office supplies, etc. Conducting research and preparing reports or presentations for the CEO. Compiling information for quarterly reports. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Addressing and resolving issues that arise during the CEO’s workday. Coordinate, support and prepare documentation for board meetings/activities while organizing agendas ensuring timely distribution and accuracy of materials. Assists with Annual Telehealth Summit responsibilities. Assists with any event-related administrative tasks and other duties necessary. Skills Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to multitask. Ability to oversee sensitive information (including prioritizing and escalating relevant information as needed, ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion. Problem-solving and decision-making skills with exceptional diligence. Excellent ability with Word and Excel. Experience with PowerPoint preferred. Education and Experience Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience. Experience in assisting Executive/C-Level management preferred. 3 years’ administrative assistant experience.
