Administrative Assistant Haig Point Club 10 Haig Point Court, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 Administrative Assistant to the Golf Course Superintendent Haig Point Club & Community Association | Daufuskie Island, SC Full-Time | Non-Exempt | On-site Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and love working in a beautiful, one-of-a-kind setting? Haig Point, an exclusive private community and golf club located on Daufuskie Island, SC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our Golf Course Superintendent and golf maintenance operations. This unique role blends customer service , financial analysis , and administrative support —all within a breathtaking Lowcountry golf environment.

What You’ll Do:

Customer Service & Cart Maintenance (50%) Be the welcoming face of our cart service center—greet members by name and ensure exceptional service from start to finish. Manage golf cart repair requests, estimates, and billing via workflow and POS systems. Keep the customer check-in area clean, organized, and inviting. Administrative Support (20%) Manage the Superintendent’s calendar, meetings, and vendor relationships. Submit invoices via Plate IQ software and support maintenance staff with admin needs. Help prepare project updates and facilitate communication with committees. Financial Analysis & Budgeting (25%) Assist with budget tracking, cost/benefit analyses, and monthly financial reviews. Support capital project management and golf cart fleet leasing. Professional Growth (5%) Commit to at least 80 hours of continuing education per year —we believe in growing our people!

What We’re Looking For:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Analytical mindset with financial reporting or budgeting experience preferred. Comfortable with MS 365, general ledger work, and invoice workflows. Prior experience in a private club, hospitality, or agronomy-related setting is a plus. Must be available on-site 5 days/week and thrive in a collaborative, high-paced environment. Why Haig Point?
