Administrative Assistant (Bilingual Spanish)

Key Responsibilities:
- Must be bilingual English-Spanish.
- Greet and direct clients following program and agency policies.
- Educate clients on program requirements and standards.
- Answer calls, schedule, and manage appointments.
- Process client information and maintain medical records.
- Enter data into agency systems while ensuring confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential client information.
- Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
- Experience in scheduling and administrative tasks preferred.
- Knowledge of public health programs is a plus.
