Responsibilities:
Draw up forms such as purchase orders, change orders, service agreements, and subcontracts Respond to incoming emails and phone calls professionally Act as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors, and various construction services teams and solicit quotes from them for new jobs Organize meeting logistics and deliverables such as handouts, and make travel arrangements for the project management team Implement clerical and administrative tasks for special projects, and provide general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, ordering office supplies as requested
Qualifications:
Great organization, time management, and communication skills are vital Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) Knowledge of the construction industry is ideal, but not required 3 years of experience of administrative experience is needed – previous administrative duties in a busy construction office is ideal A high school diploma is required – additional college is desired About Company Bluffton Builders comes with nearly 40 years of strong, hands-on business experience, with owner Gary Chowansky at the lead.
