Job Description

Office Coordinator (Part-time) Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association (HBA) Hilton Head Island, SC 29926 Part-time schedule can four days Monday – Friday between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm with occasional evenings or weekends for events. Schedule is flexible. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support the CEO and Membership Director with general administrative tasks, data management, and event coordination. This individual will play a key role in managing our membership database, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in program planning. Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to the CEO and Membership Director Manage and update membership database, renewal process, key contacts, and generate reports Conduct light research to support the CEO’s advocacy efforts Assist with program planning and execute tasks related to association events Provide flexible event support, including occasional after-hours or weekend work as needed Serve as a point of contact for members in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring excellent customer service Coordinate meetings, including arranging catering and setting up to ensure flawless execution

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Experience with data entry and familiarity with database systems Customer service experience preferred Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends for event support
