In this pivotal role, you’ll be the go-to person connecting our clients with our expert technicians—ensuring every pool repair and pool cleaning appointment runs smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll be

Doing:

Be the ultimate scheduler: Juggle calendars like a pro while matching customers’ needs with technician availability. Be the friendly voice our clients love: Confirm appointments, answer questions, and provide updates—building trust and lasting relationships with every call and email.

Equip our techs for success:

Make sure our technicians head out with everything they need—clear instructions, job details, and all the support they could ask for.

Keep communication flowing:

Provide timely updates to clients and act as a bridge between the field and the office. If there’s a hiccup, you’re there to smooth it out.

Keep things buttoned up:

Handle work orders, invoices, and records with precision and flair. Your organizational skills will shine here.
