Job Description

Admin Assistant Gourmet distribution 1200 Ben Barron Lane, Moncks Corner, SC 29461 For our Food Facilities located in Moncks Corner, we are looking for 1 admin assistant/book keeper part-time 25-35 hours (sometimes more depending on business needs) to join our 10 person strong team. We are located at 1200 Ben Barron Lane in Moncks Corner. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working, detail oriented. We are looking for an experienced self-motivated individual to help with accounting and bookkeeping functions (Quickbooks online). Duties include data entry, Responsibilities

  • accounting and bookkeeping
  • Field telephone calls
  • Receive and direct visitors
  • Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
  • Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Conduct internet research
  • Place orders for office equipment or business needs
  • Enter data into reports as needed
  • Create email and postal mail campaigns Qualifications
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and create orderly systems
  • Experienced in accounting, computer technology that includes QuickBooks online , google docs, Microsoft office(excel, word, powerpoint, etc), Outlook email/Microsoft mail app, Whatsapp.
  • Experience with Clover POS and Marginedge is a plus.
