Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to join our team at RPM Warehouse. In this role, you will support our operations by managing administrative tasks that are crucial for maintaining efficient workflows. Your contributions will help ensure that our logistics services continue to meet the high standards our customers expect. Responsibilities

• Data entry in a proprietary inventory system and distribution of time-sensitive receipts, samples, outbounds, and reconditioned lots.
• Verify and process warehouse documents for customer distribution in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction
• Coordinate/ facilitate cycle-counts and internal/external audits
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned
• Both active standing/walking and sitting/typing functions are needed Requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent attention to detail with very good numeric, oral and written communication skills
• Broad knowledge and experience in warehouse processes
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

A basic Excel and Microsoft Word skills test will be administered at the time of interview.

Required Education:

• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Knowledge of supply chain and/or transportation a plus
