This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves juggling multiple projects, and enjoys making life run more smoothly—for the business and the family.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Business Support (85%) Manage calendars, meetings, and ongoing communications Track projects, follow up on tasks, and run weekly reports Draft and organize documents, policies, and vendor agreements Process invoices, track expenses, and help manage financial records Input and verify new hire paperwork in Gusto Coordinate wholesale onboarding and vendor logistics Maintain organized files (Google Drive), office supplies, and daily checklists Support the hiring process and assist with onboarding Join weekly owner and manager meetings and keep follow-ups on track Communicate clearly with GMs, shift leads, and kitchen staff Maintain confidentiality and keep things running smoothly Create and maintain login/password documentation Personal & Family Support (15%) Coordinate family travel plans Assist with personal errands and home scheduling Coordinate childcare scheduling and activity planning as needed

Qualifications:

Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accuracy in all tasks performed Previous admin, project coordination, or related experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent with Google Drive, docs, sheets, and task-tracking tools Detail-oriented, self-starting, and flexible Comfortable in a fast-paced, small business environment Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Bonus if you’ve worked in food, hospitality, or retail before
