This role will be instrumental in providing essential support to the Learning and Development department and handling routine administrative duties. The Admin Assistant will work closely with stakeholders and be instrumental in ensuring that projects and deliverables are on track with project timelines. Required experience:

MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams) advanced experience Required. Proficiency in content creation with Canva Experience with Administrative Support (answering phone calls, managing emails, handling correspondence, and scheduling appointments or meetings). Experience with Data Entry, Record Keeping, and Calendar Management (scheduling meetings, conference calls, and appointments for team members). Previous experience managing physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and properly stored.
