$38.4K – $49.2K a year 7 hours ago Qualifications Mid-level Microsoft Office Communication skills Full Job Description The Administrative Assistant will support the Construction Project Manager(s) and Assistant Project Manager(s) in word processing, filing, scheduling and coordination of meetings, various departmental functions, obtaining/stocking office supplies, coordinating direct mailings and working on special projects. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepare for mailing all correspondence, Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders and other mailings generated by the Project Manager and Assistant Manager. Type Subcontract and Purchase Order Agreements, verify compliance items, prepare transmittals, and interface contracts in the computer system. Coordinate and communicate the company’s standard billing procedures to vendors, subcontractors and material suppliers. Prepare, execute, and notarize Conditional and Final Waivers as part of Owner Application for Payment. Assist covering the main reception desk. Prepare closeout documents as required.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of MS Office. Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and possess an excellent work ethic. Accurate and proficient in all outlined responsibilities. Experience in construction industry preferred.
