Another Level In-Home Care is a dedicated home health care agency committed to providing high-quality care and support to individuals in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will play a vital part in supporting our daily operations and ensuring our clients receive exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support :

Manage and maintain office operations including filing, organizing, and scheduling appointments.

Client Coordination :

Assist with coordinating patient visits, ensuring schedules are up to date, and communicating with patients and caregivers as needed.

Data Entry & Record Keeping :

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure they are updated regularly in compliance with regulations.

Communication :

Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and health care professionals to ensure smooth operations.

Billing & Invoicing :

Assist with invoicing and billing inquiries, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial documentation.

Document Management :

Prepare and process required paperwork, including patient care plans, consents, and reports.

Customer Service :

Answer incoming calls, address client inquiries, and provide friendly, professional support.

Other Duties :

Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the agency’s operations.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Previous administrative experience, preferably in a health care or medical setting. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Experience with medical billing and coding is a plus. Knowledge of home health care industry practices is a plus.
