Job Description

Administrative Assistant 100% on site in Charleston, SC 29414 (West Ashley) Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (37.5 hrs/week)

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the first point of contact—answer phones, greet visitors, support the team
  • Handle data entry, scheduling, document tracking, and office support
  • Work with budgets, invoices, purchasing, and compliance tasks
  • Coordinate with internal departments: finance, IT, facilities, etc.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Dependable, organized, and a great communicator
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Invoice processing experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Extras:
  • Minimal travel (mostly just to Columbia for equipment setup)
