This role requires a tech-savvy professional who is well-versed in managing office operations and supporting project initiatives. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth business operations and supporting the team in various administrative tasks. Responsibilities Assist with proposals using established templates and ensure accuracy and timeliness in submissions. Organize file structures and maintain a highly organized project drive. Maintain and enhance computer software systems to ensure efficiency. Create PowerPoint templates for proposals and presentations. Manage and filter emails to streamline communications. Contribute to federal government proposals, which require considerable effort and coordination. Collaborate with the RMF team on software packages as needed. Handle incoming mail and filter as necessary to prioritize tasks. Organize office supplies, manage inventory, and arrange reservations for executive visits. Coordinate maintenance of the company car to ensure it is in optimal condition. Ensure the smooth running of business operations behind the scenes. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) extensively; QuickBooks experience is a plus. Experience in an architecture or engineering firm is advantageous. Qualifications Previous administrative experience in a professional setting is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Experience with QuickBooks is beneficial but not required. Familiarity with proposal preparation and submission is a plus. Required Work Hours Monday through Friday, standard business hours. Benefits The position offers a competitive pay range of $20 to $24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
