We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our team. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure deadlines are met, data is properly managed, and clients receive timely, professional support by ensuring accuracy in documentation, managing communications, and keeping our data organized and flowing. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-obsessed, thrives on structure, and wants to be part of a company that’s modernizing how utilities are handled.
What You’ll Do:
Accurately complete and submit paperwork related to forms, contracts, and compliance requirements. Mine data, compile reports using Excel-based files, reporting, and internal tracking — comfort with formulas and data entry is a must. Handle client communications professionally via email, phone, and our internal platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support task coordination. Provide general administrative support to the leadership and client success teams.
What You Bring:
Prior experience in an administrative, operations, or client support role — preferably in a SaaS, data, or utility-focused environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, pivot tables a plus) and Microsoft products in general. Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you can speak to both clients and colleagues with clarity and professionalism. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be asked; you anticipate and act. Why MUC?
