Job Description

Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to management in North Charleston, South Carolina. This is a contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for an individual who excels in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and adaptability to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Maintain customer service excellence by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
  • Draft, review, and respond to email correspondence promptly.
  • Coordinate schedules and book appointments to optimize workflow.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to create reports, presentations, and manage communications.
  • Collaborate with team members to support daily administrative functions.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information. Requirements
