The Administrative Assistant provides various complex administrative support services for full-time faculty, staff, and adjunct instructors in the Division of Business Technology. Responsibilities also include interpreting operating policies and administering duties in a capacity that necessitates independent judgment. Maintain the Division’s course scheduling and instructor database. Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This position requires a high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. Preferred candidate will have bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of related work experience, OR Associate degree and three (3) years of related work experience, OR a high school diploma and five (5) years of work experience.
